I was busy of cursing on educational system. The earth is going to be a better place with no more examinations.
But the reason is not the student's psychology. The reason is that I was about to miss an event that I was very wondering. On earth, Angelopoulos has arrived to Izmir, but I cannot go to see him. So why not? Because of exams. "So what? They are always there, we always take exams, " I asked to one of my professors. "But what about Angelopoulos, is it same? It is an exceptional" I said. But he did not listen to me, of course...
Whatever, this just in: Theodoros Angelopoulos caught swine flu. The causerie has been cancelled. The premier of his last film which was going to be in Izmir was delayed. Hope that they will reanounce it for a better date without exams, because I do not want to be plowed.
I asked to one of my professors "Sire, is there such thing as swine of influenza?", he said "Sure son, everything has something."
